How do I care for my silicone dish?

Happy Wax silicone dishes are designed to make your life easier. They just require a bit of maintenance. They recommend wiping the top and bottom of the dish with a moist cloth after every other use to prevent buildup. Their dishes are slightly porous which can allow a bit of wax to accumulate on the bottom of the dish. 

How long does the scent last?

Their rule of thumb is to melt 2 bears for 8 hours of scent time, giving you more value and scent time than other brands. That's an estimated 60 hours of scent time with their 2 oz Pouch, 100 hours with their 3.6 oz Classic Tin, and 240 hours with their Half Pounder Pouch.

What form of payment methods do you accept?

They accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, Diner's Club®, JCB, Paypal, Shopify Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. Their servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure.

Does Happy Wax offer free samples?

• At this time, they are not able to offer free samples. 

• That being said, they do offer 2 Oz. Sample Pouches for $8.95, available on their website here. Their 2 Oz. Sample Pouches are a great way to try new scents and contain approximately 16 adorable bears in each pouch. They also do run promotions throughout the year, which often include free samples. 

Can I make a custom mix?

Currently, they do not have the ability to make individual mixes for customers, but they do offer quite a few pre-made mixes. Melting different scents together is something they love here at Happy Wax, so give it a try.

Why is my order stuck in transit at a FedEx facility?

• They realize this is concerning, but unfortunately it's very normal for a package to be stuck in the same FedEx facility location for several days. Once your package is with FedEx, it is out of their control and it is best to keep checking with FedEx for tracking updates.

• As FedEx continues to receive record high levels of packages this holiday season, it is likely that packages may be stuck in transit for several days as FedEx works through the high volume and gets your package onto a truck and on the way to you.
