What are not covered by the guaranty service?

• They are not responsible for damage to your computer or loss of data that results from your use of the Products or HC Services and they cannot guarantee that any files that you download are free from viruses, contamination or other destructive features. 
  

• they do not guarantee that the HC Services will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. Access to the HC Services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, for maintenance or repair or for other reasons.
  

Where do they deliver to?

• The places that they deliver to are listed on the Site ("Territory"). Delivery shall be to a valid address within the Territory submitted by you and subject to Acceptance ("Delivery Address"). 
  

• You must check the Delivery Address on any order acknowledgement or Acceptance they provide, and notify them of errors or omissions as soon as possible. 
  

• They reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from changes you make to the Delivery Address after you submit an order.
  

Who will be responsible for the taxes and duties?

• You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. 
  

• If the price of a Product is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on the HC Commerce Solution or otherwise communicated to you, then they reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid, regardless of how the error occurred.
  

What are the exceptions for rejecting products or HC Services?

• Defects in Products (not being defects caused by any act, neglect or default on your part) for which you notify them of such defect within 30 days of your receipt of the Products.
  

• Defective performance of HC Services (not being defects caused by any act, neglect or default on your part) for which you notify them of such defective performance within 30 days of such defect becoming apparent.
