How do I use my Gift Card?

You can head to Harrys.com/giftcard to apply your gift card to your Harry's account to be used on future purchases, or you can enter it in checkout under Payment Methods. You can find your code on the back of the card above the barcode.

Can I modifying my shave plan shipments?

You can modify your Shave Plan shipments by going to your Profile Page. Under 'Subscription Settings' on the bottom-left corner of your screen, you'll be able to add or remove products, update your address and payment information, as well as change the next send date or interval of your shipments. Just click on the section you'd like to modify and take it from there.

How does Harry's trial set work?

• They start you off with a $5 Trial Set, which should last about 2 weeks. This gives you time to see if Harry's is right for you. The Set includes: a Truman Handle, one blade, a 2oz Shave Gel, and a Travel Blade Cover.

• After that trial, they'll automatically send the first of your Shave Plan refills, which will continue at the frequency you select during checkout.

• You're in complete control of your Shave Plan and can modify or cancel it at any time! You can order as needed on harrys.com/products.

Can I recycle my Harry's?

• The majority of their packaging is recyclable, so they hope you'll take full advantage of that. 

• Regarding their packaging, the plastic type is #4 for their bottles of Face Lotion and Post-Shave Balm. The Blade Boxes' and Travel Blade Covers' plastic type is #5.

• Blade cartridges, being comprised of multiple materials, are a bit trickier to recycle efficiently. They don't have a process for recycling them right now. It's definitely a topic that's on their minds, and they welcome all suggestions.

• Shave Gel dispenses as a dense gel and quickly turns to foam as you massage it, providing cushion and comfort during your shave.

Do I have to sign up for a Shave Plan subscription?

Nope! If you'd rather order as needed, you can do that through the Products page of their website. However, if you order a Starter Set, a Shave Plan will automatically be included.

How can I check my order's status?

You can check your order details on the 'Order History' page of your Profile. Click on the date your order was placed to see your order summary. Your order's status can be viewed by clicking the tracking link, located at the top of your order summary.
