How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
They want to get your order to you as quickly as they can. It takes 1-3 business days to process your order.
Once shipped actual delivery times will vary based on your location, orders are dispatched from Goshen, Indiana.
During peak holiday seasons and during the 2nd week of every month shipping can take an additional 1-2 business. Large orders may also require extra time.
Any orders refused upon delivery will be subject to return handling fees.
What is the return policy?
Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Items that are being returned for any other reason are only subject to an account credit. If you return items that have been purchased in a kit/bundle deal with special savings they will only credit the amount you paid.
Products purchased beyond the thirty (30) day date of purchase are not returnable or refundable.
All items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Rubber stamps and Dies that have been used cannot be returned. A product inspection will be performed before returns or exchanges are finalized. No refunds will be issued on shipping charges.
All returns and exchanges must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before goods can be returned. To start a new return request login to your account and select the order that contains the items you wish to return or call them at 574-773-3088 to obtain your RMA number.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping fees?
Yes. The Customer is responsible for shipping of returned goods. No refunds will be issued on shipping charges.
Heartfelt Creations will only pay shipping on orders approved for return shipping on damaged/defective items.
