How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• They want to get your order to you as quickly as they can. It takes 1-3 business days to process your order.

• Once shipped actual delivery times will vary based on your location, orders are dispatched from Goshen, Indiana.

• During peak holiday seasons and during the 2nd week of every month shipping can take an additional 1-2 business. Large orders may also require extra time.

• Any orders refused upon delivery will be subject to return handling fees.

What is the return policy?

• Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date for a refund or exchange. 

• Items that are being returned for any other reason are only subject to an account credit. If you return items that have been purchased in a kit/bundle deal with special savings they will only credit the amount you paid. 

• Products purchased beyond the thirty (30) day date of purchase are not returnable or refundable.

• All items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Rubber stamps and Dies that have been used cannot be returned. A product inspection will be performed before returns or exchanges are finalized.  No refunds will be issued on shipping charges.

• All returns and exchanges must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before goods can be returned. To start a new return request login to your account and select the order that contains the items you wish to return or call them at 574-773-3088 to obtain your RMA number.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping fees?

• Yes. The Customer is responsible for shipping of returned goods. No refunds will be issued on shipping charges.

• Heartfelt Creations will only pay shipping on orders approved for return shipping on damaged/defective items.
