What is their return policy?

They have never met a horse, dog, cat or person who didn't like a Hempward Farms product, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, they are always there to help you. They want you to be a repeat customer. If this is your first purchase and the product you receive from them does not meet your expectations, you can return it, as long as it is not more than half used. Just make sure we receive it within 30 days of delivery and they will be happy to exchange it or give you a full refund. Nothing to say. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact them as soon as possible, but within no more than 30 days from the date of delivery, and they will help you arrange for the return of the damaged product and promptly replace the item.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, they will notify you that they have received your returned items. If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer's policy, you should receive a credit note within 7-14 days. For all other refunds and exchanges, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the item(s). To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, in the same condition as when you received them, and they must be received within 30 days of delivery.
