What is their return policy?

Focusing on your satisfaction is their top priority and they will do everything they can to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are unable to complete your return through the portal, or if you purchased more than 30 days ago, please email [email protected] and a member of their Experience team will assist you. They cannot accept returns of partial sets or sets. After the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed. All clearance and sale items are final sales. PLEASE NOTE: They cannot refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

How do I know what the return/refund status is?

Herbivore.com orders placed within 31-60 days of purchase may only be eligible for store credit, provided there is at least 50% product remaining. Once their factory receives the returned package, it can take up to 10 business days to process the refund. Funds typically take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution. If you would like to return a Herbivore product that was given as a gift, please contact [email protected] as you may be eligible for store credit.

What is their shipping policy?

Afterpay is available for US orders over $35. They primarily ship orders placed with standard shipping via FedEx or USPS. They offer expedited shipping through FedEx. Orders to PO Box, APO/FPO, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are shipped using USPS only. It takes 1-3 business days (M-F) to process and ship. Once shipped, it can take up to 10 business days to place an order using the standard shipping method. Orders placed after 1:00pm (PST) on Friday will be processed the following week. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing time. International shipping times will vary.
