What is their return policy?

• Their goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your transaction. They provide the following return and refund terms to ensure the best service for you.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to hhgregg within 30 days after the delivery date. The products you want to return or exchange should meet the following conditions.

• Hhgregg reserves the right to reject returns if all of the following conditions are not met.

• The UPC code and serial number must be intact, otherwise the return will be rejected automatically.
