What is their shipping policy?

• The final freight and estimated delivery time will be provided to you at checkout. At present, they provide three stable and easy to track international transportation modes. Give priority to global transportation, high-quality (some countries) and faster express delivery. The estimated time stated below is not guaranteed. International parcels may experience delays, such as postal strikes, bad weather, or cov-19 conditions. All modes of transportation and P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable.

• If you do not receive the order within the estimated time provided below and suspect that the order may be lost in transit, please contact hifigo support.

• They can investigate orders with the courier. Requests lost in transit must be submitted to hifigo support within 3 months after the delivery date or before the courier files the tracking information.

What is their return policy?

• They offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days to return the items from the date of receipt. (confirmed by shipment tracking record). To qualify for return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in its original packaging. If it is plastic sealed, when you get it, it should keep plastic sealed. Some types of goods (such as CIEMS) cannot be returned.

• You will be responsible for paying the freight of the return. The freight they send you is non refundable (please specify the amount in advance), and the tariff when the product returns to China is also non refundable (they will send it to you after receiving the receipt). If you have received the goods for 7 days, unfortunately, they cannot refund or exchange for you.
