When will my order be shipped?

Generally, it takes 5-8 business days to ship anywhere in the US, or 2-5 days if you are on the West Coast. They then rely on third-party carriers like USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL to deliver your package to you. How do returns and refunds work?
