What is the return and exchange policy?

• At this time, they do not offer refunds. However, they're happy to exchange your item for store credit! To get store credit for your order, please email them at [email protected] with your order number. 

• Once they receive your request, they'll send you a return shipping label. 

• When they get your item(s) back, they'll issue you a code for store credit less the cost of return shipping. Please note, the window for an exchange is 30 days after delivery. 

• Unfortunately, they are unable to offer exchanges on international orders due to shipping costs. 

Does Hipstik offer international shipping?

• Yes. Available to select countries outside of the USA. Find out availability and shipping cost by entering your address at checkout for the option to populate. 

• They are not able to offer any USPS First Class free shipping promotions on international orders. International orders may be subject to additional fees at delivery; buyers are responsible for customs and duty fees, value added tax, and any other taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

• They typically ship orders in a purple or pink poly mailer. 

• All orders are shipped via USPS operating days only: Monday – Friday, excluding USPS specified holidays. Allow approximately two operating days from the next day of your order placed for them to ship. 

• Buyer will receive the accompanying tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout. 

• Double check that the email address entered at checkout is correct to prevent undeliverable emails of your order confirmation and tracking. 

What if I put a wrong address for my order?

• It is the responsibility of the buyer to check and confirm the order details (style, color, size, quantity, etc.) and reachable shipping address (including apartment, suite, unit, zip code, etc.) is entered correctly before completing purchase. 

• Contact information autofill is now common on browsers; double check all information before confirming and placing your order. 

• Also, double check the order and address details in your order confirmation email.

• In the event of an error, please contact them immediately with your order number and the correction.
