What is the shipping policy for international orders?

• They charge $20 to ship to Canada and Mexico, and $35 to ship anywhere else in the world.

• Shipping times and carriers vary for international orders, however they typically ship with Priority International from USPS, which is usually about a 10 business day delivery time frame, or DHL Express (which is usually within 5 business days).

• Please note that Honeydew is not responsible for any customs duties that may (or may not) be assessed on your package.

Can I return or exchange the pillow if I don't like it?

• Sure. They want you to LOVE your pillow, and they know that if you give it a chance, you will. 

• That is why all of our pillows and pillow cases have a 60 night risk free trial. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, simply contact them and request a return, and if you live in the USA, they will send you a pre-paid shipping label. No fees, no hassles, it’s that easy.

• If you are an international customer, the same trial period applies, but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

What are not covered by the 3 Year Limited Warranty?

• All of their pillows come with a 3 year warranty, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the following exceptions:

• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover:

• normal wear and tear.

• normal changes in softness or resilienceand stains.

• business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use.

• During this time, Honeydew Sleep LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. 

• The customer is responsible for any shipping charges (if applicable) for returns under the warranty.
