What are their products made from?

In order to provide high quality products, we use solid sterling silver and 1/10th gold fill overlay on all of their pieces, twice as much gold as 1/20th, which is commonly used in the industry. In the case of solid gold rings (special order only), the layered detail is also solid gold. Although we never create plated jewelry items, customers may order plated buckles instead of solid buckles to match their budget.

What payment methods do you accept?

They accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Klarna & PayPal. Items are charged to your credit card when the order is submitted. If an item is on back-order, we will notify you via email with the proposed ship date.

How much would I spend to clean my Hyo product?

They offer complimentary cleaning, buffing, and antiquing for life at their store location in Bandera, Texas. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Customers shipping their items into the store should use the Service Request Form.

Are Hyo ear posts hypoallergenic?

Not all. Some earring styles have sterling silver posts and others have surgical stainless steel posts (hypoallergenic). Check the description of the product to see the contents of the posts to make the best decision for you. People who are not sensitive to silver should not experience any allergic reaction.

How do I clean and care for my Hyo product(s)?

Clean jewelry with Hyo Silver Gentle Cleaner. Polish jewelry with Hyo Silver Polishing Cloth. Wear silver often as worn silver requires less cleaning. See full Cleaning & Care Instructions.

I broke my chain. Do they warranty them?

Chains are sold at wholesale price as a courtesy to their customers. Since they are provided by a 3rd party, chains are not warrantied. Customers may purchase chains at a discounted price, take to a local jeweler for repair, or send it in to them for repair with the Service Request Form.

Can they set a diamond in a Hyo Silver ring?

Their company does not handle diamonds but customers wanting diamonds set in a Hyo Silver ring do have a few options: Customers can purchase Hyo Silver rings with our standard stone and setting, then when they are ready to replace the created stone with a diamond, they have a local jeweler mount their diamond with a white gold or yellow gold setting.
