How do they ship my order?

They offer FedEx/USPS shipping for international orders shipped outside the United States. In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM PT are generally shipped the same day.

Do they support free returns?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please return your item with all accessories in the original packaging. They reserve the right to deduct a refund or refuse a return if any item, accessory or packaging is lost. Please email [email protected] to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Without a valid RMA number, the package will be rejected and returned to the sender. Returns must be stamped within 14 days of receipt of the RMA number. Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping, duties, taxes and other related charges for international orders are non-refundable.

What is their warranty policy like?

Most products purchased from Hypershop.com come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty begins when the item is received. If the product was purchased from a third party, the warranty begins on the date of purchase. A copy of the original sales receipt from HyperShop.com or a Hyper authorized seller must be provided to receive warranty service. Warranty does not cover products obtained from secondary markets, auctions, classified ads, or unauthorized third-party sellers such as eBay, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc. Factory warranty replacements are nearly new and can be refurbished. Replacement parts either retain the original warranty from the first purchase or a 60-day warranty, whichever is longer.
