What is their exchange policy?

• They know that sometimes products are not feasible and sometimes size can be a challenge, so at hyperwear, they provide a 30 day customer satisfaction policy.

• They will redeem unused items purchased from hyperwear. Provide proof of purchase within 30 days after receipt and return it to hyperwear within 60 days at the customer's expense. Hyperwear will not ship exchange items until it receives the returned items.  If you need to return or exchange goods through Amazon, rogue or other websites, please contact the dealer's purchase point to initiate a return * the return period can be extended by 60 days for orders from November 1 to December 31.

• The return and replacement freight charges are borne by the customer and must be sent by FedEx, UPS or the U.S. post office in a traceable manner without insurance. After hyperwear receives the return and replacement, please allow 7-10 working days to process the return and replacement, and receive the replacement within 14 days at most. 

How to return?

• Fill out and submit the following contact form for hyperwear Hyperwear products purchased by www.hyperwear.com * initiate return, replacement or warranty requests.

• Receive the return / exchange / warranty Product Authorization (RMA) form and number from hyperwear. Please allow 2-3 working days to reply and check your spam folder.

• Once hyperwear approves your return / exchange / warranty request, please send your item back to them according to the instructions provided by them.

• Returning items without RMA or required information may cause processing delays, and any transportation costs arising from this omission will be borne by the customer. Hyperwear is not responsible for items lost during transportation. Please keep the tracking number until your request is finalized. Allow 7-10 working days to complete the refund or exchange. Hyperwear will bear the transportation cost of items returned or replaced during the warranty period, and the items within their warranty will be transported and paid by the customer.

Do they offer warranty?

• Hyperwear products are designed to be durable, used and handled properly. They support their products, so if you encounter defects or abnormal wear, please contact them.

• Within 12 months from the date of purchase, they guarantee that the products are free from material and process defects under normal use. With the proof of purchase, your only remedy under this warranty is that they will replace the hyperwear products purchased on hyperwear for free (one-time replacement). Amazon or other authorized seller websites. In order to obtain a warranty exchange, the customer must be the original purchaser with proof of purchase - the second-hand application will not be approved. 

• *For warranty replacement outside the United States, the return of damaged products is not covered by hyperwear, and the goods must be returned by the customer in a traceable manner. If a new product is required at the time of warranty replacement, hyperwear will pay the cost of shipping the new product to the customer.
