What are Fy Return and Exchanges policy?
They always hope that you will love your purchase but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. That is why they have a flexible 30 days return policy from the date of delivery. This is subject to the exclusions outlined below:
Items such as earrings, and other goods that cannot be resold for sanitary reasons, must be unworn and in the original unopened packaging.
Made to order items such as personalised prints or woven throws cannot be returned. Any items which are non-returnable are listed as such on the product page.
How do I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation of any order before it ships by contacting their Support Team. For some orders, they'll first need to check with the vendor of your item to ensure that a cancellation is still possible.
If you have placed an order and it's already been shipped, they can still help by assisting with a return of the item for a full refund once it arrives.
