What is their return policy?

Eligible items must be returned within the first 30 days of shipment. Shipping charges for returned items will not be refunded unless the return is the result of an error on the part of iBoats or its partners. If the return is the result of an error on the part of iBoats or its partners, the return shipping label will normally be provided by iBoats.  All purchased products (including packaging) must be in like-new resalable condition and returned for inspection prior to the issuance of a Letter of Credit. Pictures of the merchandise and packaging may be required to ensure that the merchandise is returnable. Failure or refusal to provide pictures or other requested information may prevent a return and/or extend the return/refund timeframe.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

iBoats can assist with claims for lost or damaged packages, however, once a claim is submitted to UPS, the outcome and timeframe is no longer under the control of iBoats. Depending on the circumstances, these claims may require additional information from you, such as photographic documentation of the package at the time of damage.

What if my order is out of stock?

Delivery times for backordered items vary. If there is a backorder, you can choose to wait for the item or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, backordered items will be automatically shipped to you as soon as they become available. Due to availability and supplier issues, they can only estimate when this will happen. Payment for prepayments is made in advance as part of the original order.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by sending an email to their customer service team via their contact them page and filling in the required information. It is also recommended that you select "Get Tracking Number" under the subject.

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed in the event of incorrect/undeliverable addresses, interruption of carrier service, mechanical failure, or suspension of warranty.

• iBoats does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or APOs.

• Iboats does not offer weekend delivery options.

• Orders cannot be changed after shipment.
