What is your return policy?

Within 60 days of your original purchase, ICU Eyewear will gladly accept returns, for any reason, of unused merchandise purchased at www.icueyewear.com. Refunds must be accompanied by ICU Eyewear Return Authorization Form. Your refund will be made to the card used during the original purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any cost incurred to return an item or items. Items can be returned via the customer’s choice of carrier i.e. USPS, UPS or FEDEX. 

Can you give lifetime warranty?

All ICU Eyewear products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, including scratched lenses, or abuse. ICU Eyewear will either repair or replace, at their option, any ICU Eyewear product which is found to be defective. In the event that the same model is not available for replacement, ICU Eyewear agrees to offer the customer the choice of the three most similar models (of equal or greater value) for the purpose of satisfying this warranty. ICU Eyewear will honor this warranty regardless of place of original purchase.
