What is the return policy?
When you decide to return your items, please contact them via E-mail first, and inform them about your problem.
You may return any items within 45 days of receiving your item (they must be placed in the mail to be returned). Otherwise, MUKZIN would NOT responsible for any return or refund.
The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all tags attached. Keep the original packaging undamaged and will not affect reselling of the product. Any items with stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric or tag cannot be returned.
How about the international return policy?
