What is Incfile's cancellation policy?

Orders are generally refundable until payment is forwarded to any government entity, such as a state or U.S. federal government (usually within 24 hours of placing the order), less a cancellation fee of $30.00 and any other fees that have been cancelled to fulfill the order or incurred expenses, including payments to any entity, including state agencies or the federal government or third-party vendors. Incfile will not be able to accept any cancellations or any other changes to an order once payment has been forwarded to any government entity or third party. For trademark applications, Incfile will not be able to accept any cancellations or any other changes to an order once a trademark search has been conducted or payment has been made to the USPTO.

What are Incfile's promotions like?

Incfile may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel existing services to any person or entity for any reason, including abuse of Incfile promotions. For example, if Incfile were to offer a promotion (such as a promotion on state registration), such promotion may only be used once by a customer, and multiple attempts by the same customer to use such promotion would be an abuse of Incfile's promotion. In such event, Incfile reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order for which the customer abuses the Incfile promotion by attempting a second or more use of such promotion. Incfile is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from Incfile's refusal or cancellation of service for any reason.
