How long does this process take?

The whole process takes about a month and a half for each jacket. Once they receive payment, it will take about 3-4 days to get your measurements and communicate with you about the method that works best for you. When they determine that you will be satisfied with the fit, they send instructions, designs and measurements to their store managers. From there, jacket production can take about 6-10 weeks. After production is complete, they will need 2-3 days to conduct a quality audit and pack to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Keep in mind that this is an estimate and may need less or more, depending on the delay and the queue. Once they are satisfied that the product matches your specification, it will take about a week to ship it anywhere in the world.

How do they get a refund?

They offer a refund within 24 hours of purchase, after which all sales are final. Due to the highly customized nature of their jackets, they do not offer refunds. They can't resell their jackets. However, they guarantee that your jacket achieves very high accuracy according to the following policies. If the conditions are met within 30 days of receiving the jacket, you are eligible for their replacement/change policy.

What if it breaks?

If it breaks, they will always fix it for free! They've been ripped off by cheap fads for too long. So they build something that lasts a lifetime, and they uphold that claim with lifetime warranties. They provide a lifetime warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If there is a manufacturing defect, they will repair the item for you, replace it or pay for the repair. If repairs cannot be made, they will offer you a store credit line based on repairs. They don't charge any labor or parts costs.
