How to cancel my order?

• Indochina garments are made based on unique body measurements and customers' customization choices. They cannot start production immediately after purchase and accept changes to the order. Once the order has started production, customization, measurement and choice of fabric.

• Before completing your order on the checkout page, please check your customization and fabric selection to ensure that the goods are as you wish at the time of delivery. If you need to update the metrics to an existing profile, follow the steps in the information below.

What is Indochina's return policy?

• All purchases in Indochina are assisted by this Fit Promise. If your order doesn't suit you the way you want, let them know and they'll do it right. Contact the Stubbs customer journey team to proceed with the procedure.

• Let them know if there is a problem with your outfit If you have placed your order within 10 days of receipt, if a return is made, it will be refunded in the form of an Indochino gift card at Indochino's sole discretion. Indochino only accepts items returned with the label and vents fully sewn.  Indochino does not accept items that have been modified or adjusted in Indochino, where the right to refuse redeemable goods has already been considered worn or damaged.

• Goods returned to indokeno that do not meet the above requirements will be returned to you without refund. If the item was purchased with a gift card, the card will reload before another gift card is issued.

How much is the duty and tax on the order?

• If your order is shipped outside of Canada, USA or Australia, you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes and providing the necessary documentation to the customs authorities in your country. India-keno can not help you. However, Indochino can provide you with the receipt you need to order at customs.

• Indochino is not able to provide the customer with the exact tariff amount to be paid, as this amount may change at any time without notice. If you would like to know a tariff estimate, please contact the local customs authorities who can advise you on the customs and taxes you need to pay when importing goods from China.

Can you speed up delivery?

• Delivery with DHL is the fastest. They want to send your order from their production factory in about 4-6 weeks. It will then be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date marked as shipped. If the order is sent to a remote location, we will allow additional delivery times.

• The continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global supply chain could significantly increase the volume of all messengers, leading to transport delays. Keep this in mind when ordering events.

Does Indochino offer global shipping?

• Kino India navigates the world via DHL. All relevant taxes and duties are excluded for shipments outside the United States, Canada and Australia.

• Send your order to your office and not miss the delivery.
