What is the shipping policy of Ingridandisabel ?
All orders ship from their distribution center in Dallas, Texas. All orders placed by 2 p.m. EST / 11 a.m. PST will be processed the same business day, excluding weekends and national holidays. At this time they do not offer international shipping, shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or shipments to US Territories. They offer delivery to PO Boxes with regular ground shipping only. How about Ingridandisabel return policy ?
They will happily accept returns of any unworn, unwashed and/or defective merchandise purchased at ingridandisabel.com if postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Items purchased through their wholesale partners or their sister brand Isabel Maternity at Target must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase. If you elect to receive your refund back to the original payment method, returns will have a $10 fee which will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking. Return shipping is complimentary only if you are returning your item for store credit or exchanging your item for a different size or color. Approved exchanges and returns must be dropped off at a USPS or UPS location within 14 days of receiving your return label.
How can I cancle my order ?
Depending on the status of your order, they may not be able to cancel it. If wthey are unable to cancel your order, they can always walk you through their easy returns process.
