Can I make a return at Inkojet?

The Inkjets.com customer service team will be happy to provide you with a replacement product or offer you a full refund if you are unsatisfied. Their 1-Year money back policy excludes OEM productsand refurbished printers. InkJets.com accepts returns of all OEM products within 30 days of purchase for a refund, or for replacement. All refurbished printers come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
