Does Inktuitive provide Free shipping? How long will it take?
Yes! They provide free shipping with tracking to most locations around the world! They operate a global production network, which allows them to produce and deliver orders locally for free.
Most orders are shipped locally from one of their production facilities located in US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, and Australia. Here are their estimated delivery times from the day of purchase:

• US, Canada, Mexico: 7-10 business days
• Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii: 10-14 business days
• UK: 7-10 business days
• Australia: 7-10 business days
• EU: 10-14 business days
• Rest of the World: 14 business days

What is Return policy of Inktuitive?

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any undamaged products. Once your return is approved, simply ship it back to them for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
• All international returns or exchanges (outside of Canada and US) must be returned to their US returns facility. They do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing material to send product(s) back to them.
• Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account. All returns for purchases made with Inktuitive Gift Card will result in credit to the original Gift Card used or issuance of a new Gift Card in the amount of the return.

How do I track my order?
Every order they ship includes a tracking link that shows progress of your delivery. Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and an expected delivery date from the shipping carrier. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you are still not able to locate your tracking information, please email [email protected] and their support team will get back to you right away.

My delivery is damaged, what do I do?

• In the rare case your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let them know as soon as you receive your order and they'll replace it for you right away! To begin:
• Take a few photos clearly showing the issue with the canvas, along with photos of the front and back of the canvas, and the box it was shipped in (if the box was also damaged).
• Visit inktuitive.com/support and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Please include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email.
• Upload the photos and provide a brief summary of the issue. Submit the form, and our support staff will respond to you within 24 hours.
