Can I use my insurance to pay for my order?

Unfortunately, iRemedy does not accept insurances as a payment form. They do accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover Credit Cards.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact them immediately if you would like to cancel an order. If an order is already processing in their warehouse and being packed to ship, they cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. If they cannot cancel an order because it has already shipped from their warehouse, please see their returns procedures.

How to Return a Product?

• Contact them via contact form to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A return shipping address will be given to you with your RMA number. 

• Carefully package the product in the manufacturers' original packaging, making sure to include all products and paperwork.

• Return the product via UPS or other shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the package as iremedy.com is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. 

• Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when you received your RMA number. Please remember to include your RMA number along with a note stating the reason for the return. After the returned products have been received, please allow 2-3 business days for your account to be credited.

What if I received a damaged shipment?

Their warehouse gives great attention to packaging every order for shipment. Unfortunately damage does occur occasionally during transit and they must go to the carrier company to receive reimbursement for these damages. Great care is taken when packing your order, but on rare occasions damage may occur or an item may have been missed. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please keep the items and packaging, and contact them within 5 business days of receiving your order so they can find a solution for you.
