Can I freeze my stainless steel water bottle?

No. Do not place your Iron Flask in the freezer or microwave as this can cause damage to your bottle and appliances. The Iron Flask bottles have a double wall of insulation, which means the temperature of the liquids stays the same, regardless of the external temperature. Consequently, when you place your bottle in the freezer, it has no effect on its ability to maintain an icy coldness and can damage your bottle or freezer.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
