How long does it take to process my returns?

• Their lovely warehouse team aims to process all returns within 14 working days, although at very busy times (like Christmas or a sale period) there are occasional delays. 

• Once they’ve done our bit, your card issuer requires between 5-10 working days to pop the funds back into your account. Typically the process is a little faster. 

• Please note that this process can take a little longer over bank holidays.

How to start a return?

• Please complete the form found within your parcel. Carefully repackage the item(s) you wish to return and ensure you include your completed form. They recommend you always retain proof of postage.

• If you are returning your item(s) from the United States or Australia, you can generate a returns label at a charge by clicking here. Please print off the label and follow the courier specific instructions to return your item(s) to them.

• If you are returning your item(s) from elsewhere, please address your package to: Izzie & Ollie Ltd, 15-17 Scott Road, Luton, LU3 3BF, UNITED KINGDOM.

• Please mark the outside of your parcel with ‘Returned British Goods’ to prevent duty charges being charged back to you. Please note that items are returned to Isabella Oliver at the customer’s expense.

Do I need to pay for taxes and duties for international orders?

• The short answer is ‘yes’, but only on single orders over the value of $800. These will be charged by a FedEx customs bill and are your responsibility to cover (should your parcel be subject to a customs search – you may be lucky and avoid the charge). 

• They’d love to have a work-around for this, but unfortunately if they covered these costs they’d have to absorb them into the business elsewhere (possibly via the price of their clothes).
