What is their return policy?

After 30 days, all sales are final. Orders can be cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. Special "custom" items, such as custom painted light bulbs or tritium exit signs, once ordered, are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once an order has been shipped and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled. Any item/order can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is new, unused, unopened and in resale condition. Special order items, such as "Custom Painted Bulbs" and Tritium Export Signs, are non-returnable.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to them. New, unused, unopened and resale return items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and they cannot be refunded to or received from the customer for shipping. Once they receive your return, they will check the item and issue credit to the original payment source used to place the order within 7 business days, i.e. if you paid with PayPal, the credit will be credited to PayPal, if you paid with PayPal debit or credit card payment, the refund will be credited to the card account used to make the purchase. They cannot issue credit/refunds to a different card than the one used to place the order.

What is their shipping policy?

For an online order of one item (only eligible items, not all items eligible), they offer "I only need one", which is $3.25. Shipping is $5.99 if the item isn't eligible. For orders of two or more items, but the total is less than $50.00, they offer "Super Saver Shipping" which is $5.99. They offer "Free Ground Shipping" on orders of $50 or more of eligible items. They offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. They may use your FedEx or UPS account number to ship to you. Offer includes shipping within the continental United States only. This offer does not apply to orders using any other discounts or coupons.
