Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

What if no one's home when the package comes?

Don't worry! In the event that you are not at home, the package may be left at your residence or office. Any packages that are lost due to it being left at your address may be your responsibility. Sometimes, however, the package will not be left if the driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left at that specific address. 

What if my package doesn't arrive when it's supposed to?

Sometimes a package is not delivered because of weather delays or acts of nature. They cannot refund shipping for these reasons. If your order appears late, remember:

• Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Some products are on backorder and will take longer to ship.

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing

• Standard Overnight orders placed after 2pm EST are processed the following day

• Saturday is not a normal delivery day for UPS unless Saturday Delivery has been added

• Orders to Canada and international orders are subject to Customs clearance

How do I make a return?

• All returns must be pre-approved by their Customer Service Department. To obtain approval, simply contact them via e-mail at [email protected] or toll free at 1-866-384-2802 and explain the reasons for your return.

• Their friendly customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and confirm the shipping and credit details at that time. Please note that the RMA confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail for your records.

How do I receive a refund?

• Once they receive your return and determine that it complies with their Returns Policy, they will promptly refund the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable taxes. They do not issue credit for shipping and handling charges unless you were sent an incorrect or defective product.

• They will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited to the credit card that you used to make your purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How do I receive an exchange?

For a merchandise exchange, if returned items pass their quality control inspection they will ship your new item to you and will cover all shipping and handling (max 1 exchange, contiguous U.S. 48 states only). Your replacement order will be charged to your credit card and processed in accordance with their current pricing policy.
