What is their return policy?
To return, replace, replace or report any missing JB cookie cutters products, customers must contact JB cookie cutters within 14 days after the delivery date listed in their tracking information.
If the customer contacts them within 14 days after the delivery date of their items, all undamaged items will be accepted for return / exchange (this does not include any items that are improperly used or not used for their intended purpose). What is their transportation policy?
All items listed are in US dollars and will be shipped from Nevada, USA. Their normal order processing time is 24-72 hours after purchase (excluding weekends).
All orders shipped in the United States will be shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service). For us orders, they provide two USPS transportation services:
Standard = USPS first-class mail – USPS estimates that it takes 3-5 business days * from their regular delivery, it increases to 4-6 business days.
Urgent = USPS Priority Mail – USPS estimates it will take 2-3 working days. USPS * increased to 3-4 working days. Buying this product will put you at the front of their processing line.
Unfortunately, they currently do not provide overnight transportation. If your package does not arrive within the expected time, they strongly recommend that you contact your neighbors to see if someone accidentally received your package and your local post office, because they sometimes hold the package for collection (not according to their requirements). If your package does not arrive within this time, and you have checked with your neighbors and the post office, please contact them so that they can solve the problem in time. Please note: you must contact us within 1 month (30 working days) after the shipment date to be eligible for re shipment (for orders with invalid addresses that need to be approved, you will need to pay the freight again).
Do they ship goods nationwide?
Yes, JB cookie cutters accepts international orders. Depending on the delivery method you choose, it may take 10 to 21 working days. Further delays may occur due to the complicated transportation caused by covid-19. Unfortunately, they did not ship to all countries. Please check their shipping page for a list of restricted countries for international orders.
