What should I do if my item is damaged?

• If something is wrong with the item you ordered due to faulty workmanship, they will take care of fixing or replacing it. It's a fair way of doing business. That being said, precious metals do erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, or if a resizing is required, repairs can be made in house by their expert staff for a fee. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the level of work required. Any work performed by a jeweler other than JewelOnFire automatically voids the warranty. 

• If you decide to return your purchase for any reason at all, you'll have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back, free of charge, for a refund or exchange.

Can I get free shipping at JewelOnFire?

• Yes, they provide free shipping for all orders. Usually, they will delivery the orders for 10 to 14 days. There are some exceptions to delivery estimates:

• Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone their deliveries. JewelOnFire will not hold liability on an inclement weather delay.

• If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of JewelOnFire or the shipment carrier (such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, etc.), JewelOnFire will not hold liability.

If I want to make a return or exchange, what should I do?

To make a return or exchange, please contact customer support at 1-800-807-2220 between 9:30 am EST and 6:00 pm EST or email them at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return label along with further instructions. When you are sending your return, please make sure the RMA number you were provided with is written on the packing slip and the packing slip is included in your shipment so you can receive your refund in a timely manner.

Please be aware that some items are not returnable. The following types of items are excluded from the above returns and exchanges policy:

• Final sale items

• Body-piercing jewelry

• Gift cards

• Other excluded items, as noted in the product description

What should I do if my favorite products are sold out?

All of their jewelry is custom designed and manufactured onsite in their Lyndhurst, NJ, facility. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on backorder, please call them; they can tell you when the item will be available. Because the jewelry is made here in their facility, there may be a 1–4 week delay before the piece can be shipped.
