What is your return policy?

• If you receive an item that arrives damaged or missing parts, please send an email to [email protected] describing the damage and include photos of the product box it arrived in if the box is crushed or dented. They will respond within 48 hours (business days) and tell you whether they are sending a replacement, arranging for repair or offering a partial discount. All refunds/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your items. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of JINGFA and may be only refunded as a store credit. There is a 25% restocking fee. 

• No refund will be given if an item is returned damaged or missing parts. When you return an item to them, especially a large item, you might want to insure the package. Then if the item is damaged by the shipper so you can file a claim with them and recoup your loss since they will be able to give you a refund on a damaged item. To obtain a return authorization send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason why you want to send the item back. They will then send you an email with the RMA number and the return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
