What is their shipping policy?

• Due to a large number of orders and USPS, you may encounter delivery delays. The actual delivery date may vary according to the source, destination, date and time of post office acceptance and other conditions, without any guarantee.

• All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Unfortunately, they cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed at 11 a.m. Eastern time will be shipped within about 3 working days.

• Currently, all States / provinces in the United States and Canada are transported through USPS. They currently do not ship to the United States Virgin Islands or international (except Canada).

• It takes up to 7 working days to ship goods in the United States; It takes up to 10-15 working days to ship to Canada.

What is their return policy?

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

• In order to prevent fraudulent claims, once they have USPS services, they will not be responsible for the package. If your package is stolen / lost or damaged by USPS, they cannot replace these items. USPS is responsible for all lost packages. 

• Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipping issues. If you can provide USPS claim number and details, they may provide further assistance in this regard. Otherwise, they can only track your package.

How to track my order status?

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after placing an order. The email will contain shipment details, tracking numbers, and links to the site of the selected operator. To track orders, click the tracking number near the bottom of the email.
