How do they deliver?
Free shipping on orders over $25. They currently ship to all Canadian postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some regions. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email notification. All shipments will be shipped by the courier indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
What is the online return policy?
Items purchased online may be returned to select company stores in Canada that sell Joe Fresh apparel, or returned by post within 30 days of purchase with the original label and invoice attached. Exchanges are only available at select stores. Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear must have a full price tag and a full sanitary lining. Gifts purchased online can only be returned or exchanged at select stores, including Joe Fresh stand-alone stores, Superstore locations in Ontario, Western and Atlantic Canada, and Maxi & Cie stores that offer Joe Fresh. Original shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
How do I get back to the store?
Print or present your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email on your mobile device at Joe Fresh stores, supermarket locations in Ontario, Western and Atlantic Canada, and Maxi & Cie stores that offer Joe Fresh. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please log in to your Joe Fresh account online and print your order details from your order history. Items returned without order confirmation will be handled in accordance with the in-store return policy. Be sure to bring the credit card you used for online purchases and a valid photo ID. Your refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Gift cards will be provided if points are redeemed.
