When will I receive my refund?
All refunds for non-defective Product returns will be processed as soon as possible but, in any event, within 21 days after the day you have given them notice of your return. All returns for defective Products will be examined once they have been received by them and they will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. They will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days after the day they confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product (including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to them).

What is Return policy of Joules?
You can send your order back to them in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund. If the item you purchased was a sale item then please return within 14 days to receive a refund. For items purchased between 1 February 2020 and 24 August 2020 their standard 28 or 14 days returns period is extended to 365 days.

Are my debit/credit card details saved?
If you place an order as a guest, your card details will not be saved until you register for an account at the confirmation page. If you register for an account prior to placing an order (or have an existing account) your card details will be securely saved automatically for convenience. You can only add new card details during checkout, but card details can be removed in the Payment Details section under My Account.

How can I keep my account safe?
The Joules online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with them are private and protected as they travel across the internet. If you are using a computer in a public location they recommend that you always log out and close the website browser for your own security. Please make sure that you keep all passwords private to ensure that you don’t compromise your account in any way.

I am not receiving newsletters even though I have signed up?
Sometimes it can take a few weeks to get you onto their mailing list so please be patient. Wait for up to a month until after you have signed up to see if you start receiving the emails. If you have no luck after then please sign up again or email [email protected].
