What is their shipping policy?

• Standard Delivery

Offered FREE throughout most of the UK* on all fitness equipment. This 48hr, nominated day delivery service is available Monday - Saturday. In some areas, delivery days are limited. Please add your product(s) to the basket, and when prompted for your postcode at the checkout, you will see all available delivery options in your area.

• Express Delivery

Available throughout most of the UK* on all fitness equipment, this 24hr delivery service is available Monday - Saturday at a cost of £20.

Will You Carry My Order Into My Home?

• All large JTX fitness equipment is delivered by two people. For fitness equipment between 31.5kg and 70kg ArrowXL will carry your machine into the room of your choice. If it weighs more than 70kg they will carry it into a ground floor room of your choice. Once again, this will not always be the case, a risk assessment will need to be completed to ensure safe access. Smaller fitness equipment and accessories are delivered to the front door.

• Their cardio fitness equipment is heavy and comes in large boxes. If access to your chosen room could be challenging, please contact them with your order details to help them ensure a nice smooth delivery.

Will I Need To Assemble My Own Gym Equipment?

They have worked very hard to make their products as quick and simple to assemble as possible. If you would like a specialist engineer to assemble your fitness equipment please add fitness equipment assembly to your basket when you order.

What is their return policy?

• All their fitness equipment comes with a fantastic 28 day returns policy. They hope that you are delighted with your purchase and they’ll do everything we can to ensure that you are.

• Feel free to set their gym equipment up and test it to make sure you are happy. Should you wish to return your gym equipment, they will collect it and offer a full refund (minus their collection costs). 

• Please ensure that the product is returned within 28 days in original packaging and in good condition. Collection costs are calculated based on where you live in the UK and the weight of the fitness equipment you are returning.

• You can also arrange your own returns to their warehouse in Shoreham for a full refund, however, you must contact us to arrange this. You can contact us here for a collection quote.

• Please note that their warranty is non-transferrable, once you have purchased your fitness equipment, the warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
