Does K-Bee Leotards provide a warranty?

• k-Bee Leotards guarantees any item against manufacturer's defect for 90 days. They will exchange faulty products for the exact same item. All shipping charges will be paid by k-Bee Leotards. If the same item is out of stock please contact them.

What should I do if I receive defective items?

• k-Bee will repair (APPROVED) defective merchandise within six months of purchase. In order for them to resolve your repair in the quickest way possible, they ask you to please fill out their Repair Request Form.

• Print out the Repair Request form, complete all requested information, and include it with the defective leotard. (address located on form).

• All garments must be washed properly prior to sending back to their Quality Team. Soiled/Dirty items will be sent back to customer without repair.

How long can I get my refunds at k-Bee Leotards?

• Credits can take 8-10 business days to post to your account depending on your credit card. Garments will not be accepted for a Return if they have been WORN, LAUNDERED or SOILED.

• If you feel your return meets ALL requirements Please fill out the entire Return/Exchange Form on the back of your invoice and return your unwanted merchandise to them via United States Postal Service. k-Bee Leotards is not responsible for lost returns and recommends insuring your package.

• If you no longer have your invoice, you can print a Return form from their web site. For orders placed with Free Shipping: If you return ALL of an order, the standard shipping charge will be subtracted from the refund issued.

• All FINAL SALE Leotards, $13.99 and under cannot be returned.

Can I make a return at k-Bee Leotards?

• k-Bee Leotards will exchange any unused item, with tag attached, within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please fill out the entire Return/Exchange Form on the back of your invoice and return your unwanted merchandise to them via United States Postal Service. k-Bee is not responsible for lost returns and recommends insuring your package.

• To speed up the process, they recommend ordering the new item needed online, then shipping back the unwanted item for a return instead of an exchange.

How do I track my order?
