What is K-Deer Return Policy? 

• K-Deer accepts returns of unwashed/unworn items with tags within 30 days of purchase.K-Deer only accepts returns on orders placed on K-DEER.com.U. S. returns requested within the 30 day return policy are eligible for free returns.

• K-Deer accepts international returns, but international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International returns can be shipped to: K-DEER, 21 Shafer Place, Hackensack NJ 07601. Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any items returned without tags in a less than new condition will not be refunded.

• They are unable to issue return labels to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

What is K-Deer Exchange Policy?

• You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have your label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return).

• Take your return to any of the 32,000 US drop-off locations.

• Look for updates, as K-Deer will send keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.

•  Once a return is received the customer will be refunded, please allow for 5 business days for the return to be posted on your bank statement. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

• Follow the same steps as above for exchanges. You will be prompted to input the item you'd like to exchange for. Make sure to include size, print, and length in your response. If the item is out of stock when we receive your return you will be refunded. If you choose an item that is more expensive than the item you are returning you will be emailed an invoice for the difference. If the item costs less than your original order you will be refunded the difference. International orders and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.

What is K-Deer Shipping Policy?

• please allow an additional 48 business hours for your order to leave the facility. Standard U.S. Shipping - Free for orders over $125. USPS First Class Mail - $6 (USPS Priority is used for shipments weighing over 1 lb). FedEx 2-Day - $15, FedEx Overnight - $40. 

• Shipping costs are dependent on Country/Region.

• They offer both Priority and Expedited shipping at checkout with duties and taxes included. Shipping time depends on delivery location. If you refuse a package the cost it takes to ship back to K-Deer will be deducted from your refund.
