What is the shipping policy?

• When you place an order, they will estimate shipping cost (free in the USA). Please also note that the shipping rates for all items they sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

• They ship to many countries around the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. They do not ship to countries where the shipping is unreliable. This is based on shipments being lost.
• International Shipping Disclaimer. the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. They do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. 

Can I return the item？

• Sure. You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. They'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Please contact them if you are not happy...they are there to help and love their customers.

• You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for them to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes them to process your return once they receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process their refund request (5 to 10 business days).
