Do I need to pay for tax?

• If you live in, or ship your order to, a state where katinusa.com maintains a physical presence, they are required to charge you local sales tax on your purchase. 

• They collect tax for deliveries to the following state: CA. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. 

• They are required to collect tax on shipping charges where applicable.

What if I want to adjust my order?

• Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information and promotional codes. 

• Please contact them as soon as possible so they can stop the order from shipping to you. For assistance please email [email protected].

How long does it take to deliver my order?

• All orders are shipped out of California. They do their best to ship orders promptly. Please be patient.

• USPS First-Class Mail (Default Option) – Shipments vary upon what state its going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.

• UPS Ground – Shipments vary upon what state its going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.

What is the shipping policy?

• Purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order. 

• Your order will be shipped Priority or First-Class USPS. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days. They do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While they will do all they can to ensure your order is delivered on time, katinusa.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond their control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

• You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail.

Can I exchange my order for a different item?

• Yes. They handle exchanges the same as returns. 

• If you wish to exchange an item(s), email [email protected] with your order number and the name of the item you wish to exchange. 

• Katin will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge. 

• Once they receive the item, they will refund your original form of payment. With that refund, you may then purchase your new item(s) or desired size.
