What should I look for if I want to cancel my order?

At Keds, their goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions about returning an item once you have received it, please refer to their return policy or call customer service at 800-680-0966 between 8am-9pm EST Monday-Friday and 9am-6pm EST Saturday/Sunday.

Is there an order confirmation?

Yes! When you place an order with Keds.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact customer service.

What do I do when I receive a damaged product?

They're sorry you're experiencing product problems! To help expedite your concerns, please see the general guidelines below to help determine if your product will be considered defective by their review team.

Definition of a defective product:

• A defective product is one that has a manufacturing or design flaw in it.

• Examples of what would not be considered defective.

• Worn stitching due to normal wear and tear, worn soles, or worn webbing.

• Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage that occurs during storage.

• Broken or damaged laces, lace attachments and worn soles.

• Products obtained from aftermarket sources, such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment stores, private sellers and salesman samples.

• Ill-fitting. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be guaranteed within the return window.

• Comfort issues.

What is your return policy?

• Please return the item(s) in the original box. If you use the label provided on the returns page, you will not be charged for exchange shipping: https://www.Keds.com/en/returns.

• The online return process requires a printer, as you will be provided with a PDF file to download that includes the shipping label and return documents. If you do not have a printer, please contact customer service at (800) 680-0966.

• Please keep a copy of the return/exchange document for tracking purposes.

• Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit card or original payment method within two billing cycles. Please note: A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
