My package shows as delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

• The first thing they suggest doing in this case is double checking the perimeter of your house. Sometimes shipping carriers will hide packages behind a bush or fence to prevent the package from being stolen.

• If a quick search yields nothing, check with your family members or neighbors to make sure they didn't already retrieve the package.

• If you still can't locate the package, please send them an email to begin the process on their end.

• Once they open an investigation with the shipping carrier, it usually takes 4-7 business days for them to receive an update on the status of the package. They will then either email or call you with next steps.

How to return my order?

• Fill out the return form enclosed in your original shipment or print another one here.

• Pack the items you want to return along with your return form in secure packaging.

• Attach the pre-paid SmartLabel or your own shipping label to the package and drop it off at the shipping carrier. SmartLabel packages should be dropped at a Post Office.

• All returns should be sent to: Kelly's Running Warehouse. Attn: Returns Dept. 5553 Copley Drive. San Diego, CA 92111.

My package didn't come with a return label. How can I get one?

Most shipments they send include a return shipping label at the bottom of the invoice included in the box. In some cases, your order may have shipped from the store of their partner in which case the invoice looks different and doesn't include the return label. If you encounter a situation like this and would like a return label to use for your return shipment, please request one via email and be sure to include your order number. Please note, you are free to return your item with your own carrier at no cost however using their label will incur a $9.99 charge.

When will I be charged for my order?

At checkout they make an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available, however your payment source is not actually charged until your items ship. If you have multiple items in your order and they ship separately, you may see multiple charges that add up to your total. If your order is cancelled or adjusted, the original credit card authorization should disappear within a few days. In the case of Paypal, authorizations can last up to 30 days. If you see an authorization pending on your account which should have been voided, please contact them to have it voided.
