What is the shipping information like?

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates are not always guaranteed. After an order is shipped, all customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Their diamond experts will notify all in-store pickup orders when the ring arrives and is ready for pickup. Engagement rings will be stored in the store for 30 days before they are considered abandoned. For orders shipped directly to customers, a signature is required upon delivery. Production starts on Monday for weekend orders.

Do they offer gift wrapping?

Yes, they are happy to offer free gift wrapping for their jewelry! On the checkout page, select the "Yes" heading under "Is this a gift?" They will individually wrap each item in a suitable gift box. Household items (decorative accessories, jewelry boxes and organizers, travel cases, photo frames, candle wishes), gift sets, messenger bags, earlobe wonders, earring supply kits, jewelry cleaners, masks and apparel cannot be gift wrapped.

Do they offer expedited shipping?

Yes! On the checkout page, you will see all available shipping options (ground, 2 business days and next business day). For same-day rush orders, they must be placed by noon Central Time.

What is their return policy?

To exchange an eligible item purchased online, simply return it to the fulfillment center using a prepaid UPS label and place a new order for the item you want, or stop by the nearest Kendra Scott store. Shipping charges may apply to your new orders. To redeem eligible items in store, simply go to your nearest Kendra Scott store. It can take up to 15 business days from when they receive your return to process your return. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
