What is their return policy?
The company follows a no-refund policy unless the product proves not to be as described or defective. In this case, customers must contact their customer support at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with details proving the failure of the company's product. Once a refund is issued, the customer will no longer have access to the company's product (digital content or merchandise). All refunds apply to the original payment method.
What conditions do returned products need to meet?

They will provide you with their return form, which must be filled out and returned with the item within 30 days of purchase. Once the goods and forms have been received and checked by their staff, refunds will be authorized in the same way as payment.
