What is your Return Policy?
They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in Physical Goods under normal use and maintenance during the Warranty Period. The warranty covers structural metal elements and not coatings or glass pieces. During the Warranty Period, Stundenglass will repair or replace, at no charge, Physical Goods or parts of a Physical Goods that Stundenglass has determined is defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
