What's the expedient delivery?

• In stock items are generally packaged and shipped within one to three business days though this can fluctuate due to increased order volume. Shortly after an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order. When an item(s) ships an order shipment email with tracking info, if applicable, will also be sent.

• All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via FedEx or US Postal and transit times will vary depending on location.

• Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska and APO/FPO addresses are typically sent via Priority US Postal regardless of what shipping method is selected at checkout.

What's shipping methods of the out-of-stock items?

• If an item is out of stock, they will disable the purchase function for that item.

• They do NOT ship internationally and all orders must have U.S. billing and shipping addresses.Please see their Dealers page for the one that works best for you.

Can I make a return Kinetic Research Group?

• If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, they will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible.

• If you find a newly purchased product unsatisfactory, you can return it within 90 days of purchase in unused condition. Depending on the condition of the item, a restocking fee may be applied. Return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers' responsibility. To make a return, please email them for further instructions.

Will the Bolt Lift fit other rifles?

The Bolt Lift is made specifically for the Remington 700 so it won't fit perfectly on anything else. They have had customers install Bolt Lifts on Savage, Howa, and Mossberg rifles with some modification; however, KRG does not guarantee that it will work properly if modified.

Does KRG make a Tikka T3 chassis that fits a magnum or long action calibers?

Unfortunately, their chassis will not fit the Tikka T3s in any of the long action calibers. There are compatibility issues between the receiver and long action AICS magazines.

Does Kinetic Research Group have a LE or Mil discount?

They do have discounts for Active Duty Military members, Veterans, and POST certified LEO's with PD's/SO's/Agencies. For Military personnel DO NOT send a picture of your ID (it is against DOD regulation and will be deleted immediately). For active duty please send them an email from a .mil email account or a copy of orders. Veterans can send a copy of their DD-214. For LEOs a copy of your ID will work just fine.
