Can I make a return at Kuhl?

• Returns from a KÜHL retailer:

• Items purchased from a KÜHL retailer must be returned to the place of purchase and they will facilitate your return.

• To create a KÜHL Quick Return, click on blue box above, and select eligible items you wish to return for a refund. Once your quick return request is complete, you will be prompted to print your return label. The cost for the use of their return label is $7.50 and will be deducted from your refund.

• Please retain the tracking number for your records. Place an order directly after printing your return label and you will receive free shipping on your new order.

• Quick Returns is only for customers in the lower 48-states. Customers in HI, AK, US territories and abroad will need to arrange shipping on your own. Please see the shipping address for KUHL Returns in Answers to Common Questions

• Gift Returns must be coordinated in advance by calling Customer Service at 888-218-3181. To facilitate this process, please have as much order information as possible available when you call i.e. the purchaser's name, email, order number, etc. Items being returned must have been purchased from kuhl.com and must be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Upon receipt of your return, you will be emailed a credit for the purchase amount to be used on kuhl.com.

How do I submit a warranty or a repair to KÜHL?

• To start a KUHL Warranty Claim, click on the blue box above and follow the prompts. They will respond to you via email but keep in mind, the warranty evaluation process may take up to 10 days. Thank you in advance for your patience.

• Please understand that no matter how well you care for your product, materials will begin to experience natural breakdown and will start to show wear over time; normal wear is not considered a defect. Product damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty nor does it qualify for repair.

• Items purchased from dealers may either be returned to the place of purchase and they will facilitate your warranty, or you may work directly with KÜHL. Warranties are non-transferable.

How long does my order take to arrive if I use an expedited shipping method?

• Next-Day Air - You will receive your order two business days after placing the order. The order processes the following business day and is then in transit for one more day.

• 2nd Day Air - You will receive your order three business days after placing the order. The order processes the following business day and is then in transit for two more days.

• Please keep in mind, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and your package will not move during those days.
