What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Lafco?

• Lafco will exchange or provide letters of credit for unopened, unused goods or damaged or defective goods within 15 days after purchase, with sales receipts attached. • You will receive the return authorization number (ra#) from the customer service expert, which is the number you need to exchange or credit the goods. Please fill in this Ra number on the attached packing list/receipt and on the outside of the shipping box. Return the product to their address together with the original packing list or receipt, ra# and instructions stating your choice of exchange or commodity credit.

How long can I get my orders at Lafco?

• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders usually take 24 to 48 working hours to complete, but it may take 5 days before and after holidays with large orders. Orders after 8am EST will be processed on the next business day. Lafco cannot ship to P.O. Box (P.O. Box)

• American DOT regulations require their household essence spray products to be delivered on the ground through standard ups. If your order contains any household perfume spray products, you will not be able to choose their 3-day option, 2-day air freight or next day air freight options.

• At present, they only ship international goods to Canada.
