When will I receive my order?

All in-stock, non-shipped items ordered by 3:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same business day. Orders will be shipped via ground shipping unless the expedited option is selected. Estimated transit time to destination (this table provides approximate transit time information for UPS Ground service). Please note: "Days in transit" is the number of business days it will take for your product to reach its destination, not the number of days it will take for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you know exactly when your package will arrive.

What payment methods do they accept?

Lamination Depot accepts all major credit cards through their secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. All payments go through a multi-step verification process to prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure a secure shopping experience for all of their customers. For customers who prefer to use PayPal, they also accept All major credit cards as well as electronic checks through PayPal.

Will I be charged any sales tax? What if I am tax exempt?

Please note: Sales tax is automatically displayed in all shopping carts until the zip code is entered in the "Enter Shipping Information" section at the bottom left of the shopping cart page. They only charge the applicable sales tax for orders shipped within California.

What is their return policy?

All eligible products are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping) if the return is received at their warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date and is in the same resalable condition as the new product. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Non-Returnable Items - All custom ordered items, roll laminators and clearance/backlog/clearance items are non-returnable.
