Do they ship to other countries?
Yes, they do.
- International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, or UPS at a flat rate of $25.
- They currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more.
- They are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.
How to return a product?
- Please review their return policy to be sure your return meets their requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
- Click on Initiate Returns page and fill out the Return Form with your order number and shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email or on your Lane 201 account under order history.
- Follow the prompts accordingly to either return or exchange your item.
- Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice and return form included.
- Attach the FREE return label to your packaging and take to your nearest Post Office.
What is their exchange policy?
- Exchanges and replacement items are based on current inventory. They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or you are unsatisfied with the product ordered and would like a different one, you will use the return form above.
